Course Information

We collect information relating to Courses, includingbut not limited to, feedback and/or surveys, general questions relating to the courses such as questions to Students about why they chose that particular course,and other information submitted to satisfy the Course requirements (“Course Information”).

Payment Information

If you make any purchases through Our Services, such as for Courses, We may collect certain information regarding your purchase (such as your name and post code) as necessary to process your order. You will be required to provide certain payment and billing information directly to our payment processing associates (“worldpay”).We do not access, store or collect your credit card information but worldpaymay retain and protect such information through SSL encryption technology.

Payments processed by third parties like PayPal are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those payment gateways and are not accessible or controlled by Us.

Information Received from your Use of Third-Party Platforms

Our Site may contain third party links or allow you to access Our Site through Third Party Platforms, such as Twitter. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INSTRUCTORS ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THEIR COURSES.

We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. We may also work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

3. Cookies and Data Collection Tools

We may collect information through the use of cookies, HTML5 local storage, and other similar technologies. “Cookies” are alphanumeric identifiers in the form of text files that are inserted and stored by your web browser on your hard drive. 9. Accessing and UpdatingyourInformation

Digital Entrepreneurs Academy will provide each User with access to their Personal Data that it provides to Us for as long as we maintain that information in a readily accessible format, and will work with Users to correct any error in their respective Personal Data. If you wish to access or correct any Personal Data that you have submitted through the Sites, or to have Us completely remove your Personal Data from our systems, please send an email with your specific request to hello@digitalentrepreneurs.academy.

Additionally, note that registered Users may change their respective Personal Data throughout Our Siteby editing their personal account.

10. Terminating, or Deleting your Account

Users can delete their accounts at any time. Please follow the instructions provided in your account settings page in order to do so.

Please note instructors should collect all payments first then delete their account. We are not eligible for uncollected payments nor will be able to reimburse uncollected payments.

After your Account is terminated

Be aware that after your Account is terminated or deleted some or all of your information may still remain visible to others, including but not limited to:

 

  • Information incorporated into other User’s content, comments, postings and/or submissions;
  • Information copied, stored or disseminated by other Users;
  • Information shared or disseminated by you or others such as in a Public Posting;
  • Information posted on a Third-Party Platform;

 

Termination of your Account will not result in the removal of information collected and already put in aggregate form or information that cannot, in Our sole discretion, be removed without undue burden to Us.

We may also retain information if we have a legitimate purpose to do so and in accordance with applicable law. These legitimate purposes include but not limited toassist with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. Such information may be disclosed pursuant to this Privacy Policy regardless of whether Your Account is deleted or terminated.
